Zorvynexghap is committed to providing high-quality tree and shrub care services. We stand behind our work and want to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide appropriate resolution which may include:

• Return service to correct any issues
• Partial refund for incomplete work
• Full refund in cases where services were not delivered as agreed

Service Adjustments

If you notice any issues with the tree or shrub care services provided, please contact Zorvynexghap immediately. We will:

• Inspect the work within 48 hours of notification
• Address any legitimate concerns at no additional cost
• Provide follow-up care if needed

Circumstances for Refund

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Services were not performed as described in the agreement
• Work was incomplete or substandard
• Service was cancelled before commencement and cancellation fees do not apply
• Unforeseen circumstances prevent service completion through no fault of the customer

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Services already completed to specification
• Customer change of mind after service completion
• Natural occurrences affecting trees or shrubs after service (weather, disease, pests)
• Customer cancellation after work has commenced

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact Zorvynexghap within 7 days of service completion
2. Provide details of your concern or complaint
3. Allow us to inspect and assess the situation
4. We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution
5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days

Service Packages

For ongoing service packages, cancellation is available with 30 days written notice. Unused portions of prepaid packages may be refunded on a prorated basis.
