By accessing and using the services of Zorvynexghap, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Zorvynexghap provides professional tree and shrub care services, including but not limited to:

• Tree trimming and pruning
• Shrub maintenance and shaping
• Tree health assessments
• Landscape consultation

Service Agreements

All services are provided subject to written or verbal agreements specifying the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. By accepting a quote or service proposal, you agree to the terms outlined in that agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and access
• Ensuring safe access to work areas
• Notifying us of any hazards or special considerations
• Obtaining necessary permits or approvals when required

Liability and Insurance

Zorvynexghap is fully insured and licensed. We maintain comprehensive liability insurance to protect both our team and your property during service provision.

Limitation of Liability

While Zorvynexghap takes every precaution, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, structures, or property that was not disclosed prior to service commencement. Natural conditions affecting tree health are beyond our control.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice (at least 24 hours). Cancellation fees may apply if services are cancelled on short notice or after work has commenced.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to New Zealand law and jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Zorvynexghap reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
